ITs April 26, 2010

TODAY IS THE DAY OF OUR PRESENTATION. I am a bit nervous but I will be fine, at-least I would like to think that. The presentation starts at 12:30 pm., on third floor of Love Joy library conference room....All the big guns are coming. But I am ready for the challenge. I have worked hard on the script. I would like to thank Mike Pulley for the great internship oppertunity at ITs, and Mrs. Hartning for this great oppertunity and I am glad I was part of her class before she retires. I wish her all the best.

ITs April 23, 2009

Though progress has seemed to come to a standstill with the Scripting and testing, we have still been working diligently towards our deadline. Sadly this part of the project consists mostly of waiting for people to return emails concerning the times they are available to come and any problems they have faced of any of our topics related to Scripting. This coming week is to be much more promising.

Today I answered few calls, and helped here and there in ITs. I have also worked on presentation we had to give end of semester. I did some testing and re organized the scripts but also I asked questions if I had an confusion about how to solve issue. Script is getting ready and were taking questions as we progress.

ITs 04/09/2010

I answered phone calls. Put in some tickets. Help walk in customers with e-ID problems. I was there for couple of hours and I pretty much for the most time I was helping with anything. I also helped organize the back repair room. I also try to run a virus scan on students computer.

Today in ITs I just answered the phone calls and learned how to put in a ticket. I also helped customers with any question they had, when they walked in. I also Installed a hard drive into one of the machines. Truck was in so I also, helped moving some boxes.
